Peace

The tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and content with its earthly lot, of whatsoever sort that is.

The peace God gives us, the peace we are to receive is not based on a feeling, situation or person, but God… it can often look strange to the world and can’t always be explained fully or even understood. The peace that He gives us will enable us by Him to rest in the midsts of the strongest storms AND greenest pastures.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
